Imagine a village.

In northern Mali, One of the poorest regions in the world, in the Sahel desert, hot dry winds blow south from the Sahara. 76% of people in the village are farmers yet they grow barely enough for their subsistence.

Imagine a family.

Living on less than $1 per person a day. Only 38% of children attend school, 30% are malnourished. Life expectancy is 50 years.

Imagine a solution.

That will help women start micro-enterprises to improve their lives – Preparing food to sell in the market or selling traditional handicrafts. They will form savings groups, sharing their knowledge.

Imagine your support.

Reaching women and their families and starting them on the first steps out of poverty.

Imagine the change that can happen.

When women are empowered to give their children opportunities they never had. And they have the tools to do so, one step, one opportunity at a time.

Imagine.
