Aditi Bhowmick

Communications Consultant

Aditi Bhowmick is a communications professional with 15 years of experience in multisectoral settings, specializing in storytelling, visibility strategy, media outreach, and donor-aligned communication for international development programs. She has worked with USAID, Water For People, World Resources Institute India, ICID, and BBC Media Action, producing high-impact content across various sectors, including women’s economic empowerment, WASH, clean energy, climate resilience, and community health.

She began her career in journalism with the Press Trust of India and Doordarshan News before transitioning into nonprofit communications, where she has led field-based documentation, impact reporting, social media engagement, and knowledge product development that support fundraising and partnership efforts.

Aditi holds a Master’s in Mass Communication from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, along with a specialization in Radio & TV Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi. She is a graduate of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, and is currently based in New Delhi.

Beyond work, she enjoys reading, exploring creative skills, listening to music, and watching sitcoms.
