Fernando brings strong experience in inclusive economic development, gender equality, and private sector engagement. Most recently, he worked as a Project Manager at the United Nations Development Program in Mexico. Throughout his career, he has focused on advancing economic development, youth empowerment, and gender-transformative approaches, working closely with public, private, and civil society actors.

He is particularly passionate about gender equality and inclusive economic systems, and has contributed to initiatives that promote financial inclusion, economic resilience, and opportunities for women and youth.
