Victoria Cuatecontzi Moreno is a Human Resources professional from Mexico with more than ten years of experience working with international organizations, consulting firms, and development projects across Latin America. Throughout her career, she has specialized in building and strengthening HR functions, ensuring labor compliance, and supporting organizational growth in multicultural environments.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has completed specialized studies in Business Administration and Strategic Human Resources Management. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and to global HR standards.

Victoria is passionate about building people-centered workplaces where teams can thrive while advancing meaningful social impact. She has a particular interest in cross-cultural collaboration and in the role of HR in strengthening mission-driven organizations working toward social change.
