Andie is a strategic leader with nearly 20 years of experience designing and implementing global development programs that drive systemic change. She specializes in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based program design, with a strong focus on economic inclusion and resilience. Andrea has held senior-level roles at USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) and the American Institutes for Research (AIR), where she spearheaded large-scale program design, MEL frameworks, and capacity-strengthening initiatives across sub-Saharan Africa, including the Graduating to Resilience activity in partnership with Trickle Up. She is passionate about advancing locally led and data-driven solutions that improve outcomes for vulnerable communities. Based in North Carolina, Andrea brings deep expertise in strategic planning, adaptive management, and building partnerships that bridge global vision with local realities.
