Brittany Persinger

Brittany Persinger has over 12 years of experience designing and leading knowledge management initiatives and programs with international organizations, most recently as Chief of the Global KM Unit at the UN World Food Programme. Now, as Owner and Managing Consultant of BrightWing Consulting LLC, she works with teams and organizations to turn fragmented insights into shared wisdom through KM strategies, capacity building, and people-centered learning and knowledge sharing approaches that actually stick.
Brittany is also a co-founder of the Empower KM Conference, and co-hosts Not Another KM Podcast, where she and her co-host discuss KM tools and topics in a relatable way while spotlighting real stories from the field. Brittany is currently based in Amman, Jordan, and when she's not writing or speaking on various KM topics, she enjoys weightlifting, hiking, traveling as much as possible, and trying new foods.
