Anne C. Buehl
Anne is a Founding Partner of Rocaton Investment Advisors, where she serves as an investment consultant leading client relationships across endowments and foundations, healthcare systems, pension plans, and 401(k) plans. In addition to working with institutional investment clients, Anne has served on the management committee, sales and marketing committee, and investment committee.
Anne chairs the Advisory Council at LiveGirl, a nonprofit that works to build confident, inclusive leaders through mentorship, leadership training, and career readiness programs. Anne also chairs the board of Unchained At Last, an organization dedicated to ending forced and child marriage in the United States. In addition, she is on the board of Breakthrough New York. Breakthrough New York empowers motivated students from low-income backgrounds to graduate from college and pursue a fulfilling career through a ten-year, tuition-free program that provides students with the opportunities, resources, and relationships to succeed in rigorous schools and careers. Anne is ex-officio at the Pembroke Center for Teaching and Research on Women at Brown University after having previously served as the chair of their Advisory Council. The Pembroke Center conducts research and teaching that explores social inequalities and examines categories of difference, such as gender and race, and how they affect our thinking.
Anne is a graduate of Brown University with a degree in Applied Math-Economics and earned an MBA from Columbia University.
