Bhaswati Ganguly is an Accounts and Administrative Officer in Trickle Up’s Asia Office in Kolkata, India.

Bhaswati began her career with a manufacturing and trading company before shifting to NGO world. Over the last 10 years, she has worked under different donor agencies including DFID, AJWS, Global Fund (GFATM), Odisha Livelihood Mission, TATA CSR, etc.

Bhaswati has 20 years experience in accounting and finance with proficiency in Tally accounting software. She has completed a course on Computer Application from NIIT and participated in different training on Enhanced Skills for Effective Financial Management and also Leadership on Organizational Development Training Program.

Bhaswati is not only enriched with her working experience, but has also believes that each and every person—irrespective of their sex, age, race, color, class and religion—must have a life of freedom, dignity and opportunity in which they enjoy all their human rights.

Bhaswati is a commerce graduate from Calcutta University. She loves reading books, travelling, listening to music, and cooking.
