Danielle (Dani) Howard has more than 25 years of experience working as an accountant in the nonprofit sector. She has a passion for community service and has dedicated her career to working for nonprofits with a purpose.  Before joining Trickle Up, she held the position of Director of Finance at New Kensington Community Development Corporation. She previously worked as the cash manager at Nueva Esperanza and held the position of Adjunct Professor at Esperanza College. Dani holds a BA, Business Finance from Whittier College and an MPA in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.

She is originally from Southern California but now resides in Pennsylvania. Dani has a desire and passion to relate to friends, family, and coworkers through food where she got the nickname “Butter” because of the number of pounds of butter she keeps on hand (currently 15 down from 30) and how she uses it with the foods she brings to anywhere she is invited.
