Erica has a background in economics and a master's in public administration.

She brings to Trickle Up robust experience from working with different organizations in the nonprofit sector. Prior to Trickle Up, she worked with Indigenous peoples in the state of Chiapas, as well as with women and youth. She has extensive experience in administration and training, particularly in educating women and youth.

Erica is deeply committed to constant learning and serving others.
