Himanshu is a social development professional with 8 years of experience. He holds a background in Rural Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a degree in Commerce from Sambalpur University. Over the years, he has honed my skills in local self-governance, livelihoods, and policymaking. 

Prior to joining Trickle Up, he worked at PATH, focusing on empowering communities and fostering youth engagement. Through strategic planning and collaboration with local NGOs, Urban Primary Health Centre, he created awareness, mobilized youth, and strengthen urban health outreach. 

Prior to PATH, he worked with Kudumbashree-National Resource Organisation in Manipur and Tripura, the National Rural Livelihoods Mission, Revitalising Rainfed Agriculture, and Odisha Livelihoods Mission, connecting governments to marginalized communities and providing technical support.  

He is proficient in Odia, Hindi, Manipuri, and English, and enjoys photography and travelling.
