Rasmi Ranjan Behera joined Trickle Up in 2021 as the Program Officer - Digital Inclusion. Rasmi has over 10 years of teaching experience in a Government Diploma Engineering Institute. He has experience in designing creative teaching and training techniques for young minds to build a strong foundation around concepts. He has also worked four years in the Dept. of DTE&T, Government of Odisha, for web-based counselling (e-Admission) of diploma candidates as a Technical Core Committee Member. He has coordinated the Modular Employability Skill Training of around 100 drop out students & uneducated youths. He also worked as a Website Developer for a year. Rasmi has completed a Bachelor of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering.
