Robert Dikua is currently the Senior Refugee and Livelihoods Advisor for the consortium led Graduating to Resilience Activity in Uganda. He is a livelihood and market development practitioner with over 8 years’ experience in managing field operations for market development, food security and livelihood programs within refugee response, economic recovery, and development context.

Robert is finalizing a master of science degree in Food Security and Community Nutrition in Uganda with a special focus on food safety, food security, and nutrition management. He holds a master’s degree in Management Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management.
