Sudip Mukherjee joined Trickle Up in 2019 as the Director of Operations. He heads finance, human resources, administration, information technology, and operational management for Trickle Up’s Asia office in Kolkata.

Sudip has experience in the field of planning, budget management, project accounting, final accounts, financial management, auditing, internal control, taxation, designing systems & procedures, statutory and donor compliance, procurement, HR management, structural management, strategic management, program and operational management, risk management, organizational development, fundraising, and marketing and communication strategies for more than 26 years.

Sudip worked for two years with a construction company, one year with IT Company, and 22 years in the developmental sector. He has worked with GOAL, India, as Financial Controller for ten years, out of which eight months he acted as a Country Director for India and Nepal. He has worked with PRADAN as State Anchor, NRLM in Jharkhand for more than a year. Sudip also served with Child in Need Institute as Assistant Director, Finance & Operations, and as Chief Operating Officer.

Sudip completed a Masters in commerce and an executive program in business management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
