Sushanta Kumar Dash joined Trickle Up in 2021 as the Project Manager for the Ultra Poor Market Access (UPMA) Project, supported by Walmart.

Sushanta has more than 18 years of experience in diverse areas, mostly working at grass root level in the field of community engagement. He has experience working with the Farmers Producers Organization starting from incorporation, business planning, and management. He has also worked with Panchayati Raj Institutions (local self-governance bodies) on local economic development plans known as Gram Panchayat Development Plans. Sushanta has also worked towards increasing the nutrition literacy by established nutrition garden models.

Prior to joining Trickle Up, Sushanta has worked with Reliance Foundation-Rural Transformation Project, Ballarpur Industries Limited (BILT)-CSR, MART and watershed projects such as Integrated Watershed Management Program (IWMP) & Western Orissa Rural Livelihoods Project (WORLP) in Odisha. Sushanta has both master's degree in business administration and master's of science in botany from Sambalpur University.
