Tikeswar Patel
Tikeswar Patel is a dedicated professional with over 11 years of experience in the rural development and social sector, focusing on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), institution building, and livelihood enhancement initiatives. With a strong academic background, Tikeswar holds an MBA in Rural Management from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, which has provided a solid foundation in sustainable development, community engagement, and project management.
Before joining this role as MERL Officer for (WPF), Tikeswar was the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the Ultra-Poor Market Access (UPMA) Program with Trickle Up Program INC in Balangir, Odisha. In this role, he managed the development and implementation of comprehensive M&E frameworks, data collection and analysis processes, and program evaluation to support data-driven decision-making and impactful outcomes for ultra-poor communities.
Over the years, Tikeswar has been actively involved in projects aimed at empowering marginalized communities through institution-building efforts, such as promoting Tribal Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in Maharashtra. His work includes conducting capacity-building sessions, coordinating with stakeholders, and fostering collaborative relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and community partners.
With a strong commitment to economic development and social equity, Tikeswar is motivated to create lasting change through impactful rural development programs. His extensive expertise in project management, evaluation methodologies, and capacity building has established him as a resourceful professional in the field, capable of driving complex projects to successful completion.
