Tikeswar Patel joined Trickle Up in 2021 as the Senior Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer, UPMA with the Asia regional office in Kolkata, India.

Before joining Trickle Up, Tikeswar was heading the Program Quality Management (PQM) Domain in ALC India. Being the PQM head, he was involved in reviewing projects and programs using project management tools, preparing of monthly and annual performance reports, supervising quality assurance of all company projects and learning programs, supervising operations and business development of 15 producer companies across agricultural and handloom sectors in five states, and managing several portals of different partners.

In 2013, Tikeswar has joined Access Livelihoods Consulting India Ltd (ALC India). During the eight years in ALC India, he was associated with multiple domains with diverse assignments – establishing of collective enterprise, value chain analysis, preparation of business plans and execution of business activities, capacity building program, and the updating and monitoring of business and action plans.

has promoted five Tribal Farmer Producer Organizations with 5,000 women farmers in Gondia, Maharashtra under SFAC, New Delhi and TTD, Maharashtra. He is experienced in the Monitoring and Impact Evaluation of the Wadi project, Watershed Project under NABCON, Odisha, and Quarterly Monitoring of Livelihoods Restoration Program of GMR Varalakshmi Foundation. He was also involved in a study on CSR Intervention for Skill Development and Employability of youth in Mysuru under Asian Paints Ltd. He has conducted a Capacity building of the dairy farmers under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).

Tikeswar has a Master's Degree in MBA-Rural Management from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar and a Bachelor in Computer Application from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. Tikeswar belongs to a farmer family and gardens in his free time.
